The WeWork Labs internship will immerse you into the tech industry on a high-impact team. Youll enhance your skill set, be challenged with rigorous work, grow your network and drive meaningful change in new growing business. Interns would have the opportunity to attend WeWork Labs events and network with our wide network of experts. Finally, and most importantly, our intern(s) will will have the opportunity to research and solve for challenges around building a robust community for our experts and members.

We are looking for a highly motivated, personable and organized college student who is passionate about working in an agile product development environment. The ideal candidate is organized, enthusiastic, and able to see opportunities in obstacles.


? Research new technology, build prototypes, and write clean, maintainable code
? Improve and build upon automated workflows through high-quality code that impacts the bottom line of the business.
? Use consumer grade UX/UI solutions and practices to engage and delight our internal platform users.
? Research and develop scalable, performant, reusable and testable components for web-enabled data collection.

? Work closely with Programming managers to review requirements and; designs and break-down work
? Support and solve issues (process and system), identify root cause, and actively implement balanced corrective actions


? Currently in your Junior or Senior year of a Bachelor's degree Senior (coding experience preferred)
? Ability to collaborate with other engineering teams and work cross functionally (alongside product, design and QA)
? Ability to work in an Agile environment
? Strong interest in startups and/or consumer facing web products
? Exceptional people skills and high level of empathy
? Well-rounded and able to talk about a wide range of topics with ease
? Ability to both work collaboratively across functions and independently
? Demonstrated ability to prioritize and time manage effectively
? Demonstrate integrity, dependability, responsibility, accountability, self-awareness, work ethic, and empathy
? Strong interpersonal and presentation skills with exceptional verbal and written communication skills
? A quick learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced, and collaborative environment
