We are in a convenient location in Times Square, accessible from Penn Station, Port Authority & Grand Central, as well as a host of subway options.As a member of our team, you willWork with label and content provider partners to identify priority artists and content.Identify and execute SEO/SMO best practices on video content.Maintain consistent quality of metadata across partner content.Work with internal teams to execute A/B testing and experiments on content.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of best practices and awareness of trends affecting surfacing and discovery of video content.Work with Growth Strategy Manager to track, analyze and report on key opportunities for growth and/or changePresent findings to artist and label partnersRequirementsMust be familiar with YouTube CMSExperience in managing large-scale video content on YouTubeExcellent verbal, written and Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets) skills and reporting toolsExperienced in fast-paced, fun, and detail oriented environmentsYouTube Certification is a plusStrong relationship management skillsExcellent organization and time management skillsInterested?
