Human Resources Assistant/ Administrative Assistant

Deal with efficiency and quality of work product by executing an on-boarding processes companywide, including phone screening and testing, initiating background checks, scheduling interviews, coordinating new hires' orientation, disseminating 'new hire' packets, training, mentoring and evaluating temporary/temp-to-perm prospects, among other contributive responsibilities. Mitigating costs and labor by providing substantive executive support to principal-level HR executives, including managing expenses, travel accommodations, fielding phone calls and calendar oversight, as well as any ad-hoc projects. Must be able to deal with company-employee relations and fostered an environment of unilateral initiative premised upon collaborative effort by undertaking several HR duties, including creatively resolving employee relations issues, visa processing, transit benefits programs, recruiting summer interns, tracking and evaluating prospective candidates, and managing HR inbox.

Administrative Support

Provide administrative support to Several senior level HR Executives
Calendar management and the coordination of materials and other resources (i.e. conference rooms, technology) for meetings
Field incoming calls and disseminate as appropriate
Arrange travel and process expenses as needed


Skills and Requirements Excellent Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Pleasant phone mannerism. Ability to effectively communicate with staff, internal/external executives, and outside vendors, etc.
Strong organizational/project management skills and detail-orientation (attention to detail a must)
Excellent communication skills - both written and verbal
Ability to maintain confidentiality when exposed to situations/information of a sensitive nature
Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team
Ability to adapt and excel in a fast-paced work environment with multiple priorities
Flexibility to work overtime as needed
Bachelor's degree required, relevant field preferred
