The Coordinator, Revenue Marketing will support the implementation and fulfillment of Revenue Marketing initiatives. This position will be responsible for creating, organizing and maintain key administrative processes for the team for the advancement of STE Revenue Marketing objectives including affiliate database management, operational support, sales channel collateral ordering, expense and budget tracking and special projects as assigned. The Coordinator, Revenue Marketing will also help streamline the teams affiliate sales and marketing efforts and processes to maximize efficiency.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide ongoing, responsive administrative support to Revenue Marketing team including Account Managers, Directors and VPAssist in daily administrative requests as needed including packaging and shipping materials to affiliate sites, printing flyers and promotional pieces, and presentation supportProcess and track invoices and marketing expenses against budget; identify variances and work with Revenue team members to resolve outstanding issues. Serve as liaison to STE accounting and finance department to ensure accuracyOrder and fulfill POS Incentive prizes and promotional items. Assist team in prize sourcing and procurementAssist Directors, Revenue Marketing and Account Managers, Revenue Marketing as needed to facilitate small- and mid-size operator requests and initiatives, e.g. launch authorizations, mailings, marketing assets, premium requests, etc. Process affiliate paperwork and coordinate with internal departments as requiredMaintain and update sales channel collateral and marketing order databases. Facilitate group orders. Track premium orders against individual budgetsOversee small-to-medium scale projects as well as recurring tacticsAttend and support offsite events on as needed. Coordinate event and trade show logisticsProactively identify and act on opportunities to implement process improvement and synergiesUtilize a high level of responsiveness to facilitate development and maintenance of strong working relationships with both internal and external clientsRequired Skills:Bachelors Degree in Business, Marketing, or Communications preferredOne to two years combined professional experience as a coordinator, administrative and/or internship experience supporting a team of peopleProficient in Microsoft Office Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point. Experience in Adobe Acrobat or Photoshop a plus.
