Job Description:

Client related service items
Answering multi-line telephone
Domestic maintenance of a clean and efficient office
Sending and receiving correspondence and mail
Helping with organizing and event planning
Scheduling client appointments
Frontline person to greet clients
Organizing and preparing client files
Processing of paperwork of new clients, updating & maintaining documents for client base
Phone skills to talk to clients and various companies
Maintain client confidentiality at all times
Data input & maintenance of various documents
Personal Assistant to President of Company
Filing and other general secretarial/receptionist duties

Skills needed:

Ability to deal with various personalities
Computer (word, excel, outlook, maintaining/creating spreadsheets and internet capabilities)
Ability to multi-task busy phones and complete paperwork
Background check required

Hours: 9am-5pm Monday-Friday
