OfficeTeam is partnering with a boutique hardware company to identify Customer Service Representatives to join the team on a temporary to hire basis. In this role, the candidate will be answering inbound phone calls from customers either placing orders, wanting to modify their order or have questions regarding their order. In addition, the candidate will be interacting with clients via chat. This organization prides themselves on building lasting relationships with their clients and is looking for candidates with similar values.

The primary responsibility of the Customer Service Level 1 is ensuring delivery of exemplary customer service by handling customer inquiries in a timely manner through all communication channels. Problem solving and resolution of customer inquiries within established protocols and procedures.

Job Requirements:
Excellent verbal, written, and social communication skills
Outstanding phone skills
Ability to interact effectively with internal and external partners, customers, and clients
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and search tools with speed, accuracy and confidence
Ability to work in a collaborative, team environment
Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency
CRM/ERP experience preferred
Call center experience preferred
