Awake overnight counselors are responsible for providing a safe, secure environment for the individuals we provide services to. Awake overnight staff complete basic housekeeping needs, filing, medication counts, and administer medications. Awake overnights need to be alert and able to respond to any issues that may arise.

• Bachelor's Degree in a Human Services/Social Services related field preferred or experience and/or internship working with youth or young adults.
• Minimum of a high school diploma or GED/HiSET.
• Valid driver's license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Suite, including Word.
• CPR, First Aid, MAP (Medication Administration Program) and SOLVE (Strategies of Limiting Violent Episodes) certified or certifiable. Open Sky Community Services provides all required trainings.
