This will be a BILINGUAL HR Coordinator/Onboarding Admin based role seeking someone experience in to handle and process new full-time offers, onboarding paperwork, and background checks. High School Diploma ? 1-2 years administrative experience in a fast paced and high growth company, recruiting onboarding experience a plus. ? Experience with Taleo a plus. ? Call center experience and technical hiring experience a plus. ? Embody Willis Towers Watson?s corporate values and standards as an example to all prospective candidates. ? Experience with a strong track record of meeting and exceeding deadlines while staying focused on quality. ? Strong communication, time-management, and problem solving skills. ?
