This associate position will partner with Human Resources Business Partners supporting the Insurance Group to drive HR initiatives including talent management and planning, performance management, employee relations, compensation, diversity initiatives, and employee engagement. Responsibilities include: Partner with HR Business Partner team to deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives including the development of and support of the execution of talent strategy and goals for the broader organization Serve as point person for data entry into Success Factors; this includes the position management process and organization changes Create and own organizational chart maintenance Support development of senior leader presentations Partner with Finance on ongoing headcount requests/needs Assist other HR team members with headcount reconciliation - including monthly reporting to monitor all adds, exits and open roles Assist in the development and implementation of employee engagement initiatives Respond to all employee requests in a timely fashion General HR-related administrative duties under the direction of HR Management Qualifications Bachelor's degree required 1 years of Human Resources experience preferred. Would consider a recent college graduate who had internship experience in HR.
