Position Description

The Commerce Services Marketing team is seeking a talented visual storyteller to create and deliver killer presentations that will win new business and retain existing clients. The ideal candidate will be a versatile results-oriented individual with exceptional creative design and communication skills. In this role, you will collaborate across teams to create and deliver best-in-class creatives that will knock our socks off. Essential to the success of this role is experience and expertise in the ideation for and development of B2B marketing deliverables (including, but not limited to, pitch decks, collateral, blogs, infographics, data visualization, whitepapers, ebooks, videos, interactive, email/ad content, tradeshows graphics, etc.). This role is ideal for a candidate who wants the latitude to explore new and creative ways of engaging with retail/ecommerce decision makers, while owning the entire process in creating your work product from concepting to final design. The position is well-suited to those accustomed to working independently and self-sufficiently while wearing multiple hats.



Skills Required

\" 5+ years of design and marketing experience (in B2B financial/business services industry a plus)

\" Advanced graphic design skills.

\" Advanced PowerPoint skills.

\" Strong written communications skills.

\" Exceptional collaboration, organization and coordination skills.

\" Design experience in Adobe Creative Suite and After Effects.

\" Comfortable working in both Windows and Mac platforms.

\" Experience creating informational graphics.

\" Excellent illustration skills, both digital and traditional.

\" Creatively oriented with a keen understanding of visual story telling

\" Sense of urgency, must have ability to execute and be willing to go the extra mile

\" Video production skills a plus.

\" Bachelor or Master's degree in graphic design, advertising, digital and interactive media, business, marketing, or technology field

\" Critically, this role requires a multidisciplinary skill set, combining the ability to plan as well as execute content creation without the need to extensively rely on other resources. This includes the following responsibilities:

o Collaboration with Copywriters and Content Strategists o Design (print/digital)

o Powerpoint Development/Design (exceptional skills making a presentation come to life)

\" Demonstrable experience in how to tell a story using words, images, or audio, and an understanding of how to create content that engages audience

\" The ability to take complex concepts and find new and unique ways of articulating and visualizing these concepts so that the deliverable can both explain and stand out.

\" Expertise in brainstorming with technical subject matter experts to Client new ways of describing and visualizing ideas

\" Collaborate with content strategist to deliver that educate and engage prospects and customers

\" Craft content for highly targeted, multi-touch Account-Based Marketing campaigns that impact revenue and accelerate sales

\"Create sales enablement and product marketing assets such as email nurtures, datasheets, case studies, and ebooks

\" Collaborate with content strategist, other in-house designers, and vendors to create content in a variety of mediums for channels such as email, mail, and digital

\" Come to the table with creative ideas about how to tell the story to highly specific audiences

\" Strong project management skills - must be able to organize work in a methodical and rigorous manner but equally comfortable in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

\" Impact player - you must be a strong self-starter who is willing to make their mark in a fast-paced environment

\" Team player - low ego, low maintenance, no job too big or small. Humble. We're looking for a willingness to jump in as needed on anything
