Writes and sends offer letters to candidates. Coordinates background checks. Assists in reference checks as necessary. Receives and tracks Employee Action Forms (EAF's). Ensures proper authorization and that the information is accurate. Records EAF's on the Payroll Memo and EAF tracking sheet. Assists employees in utilizing HR systems. Trouble-shoots issues through knowledge of the systems and by working with HR vendors. Manages access and user rights to HR systems. Assists and follows up with new employees to ensure necessary employment paperwork is completed. Reviews I-9 documents and completes forms for new hires. Creates employee folders and files paperwork properly. Communicates daily with the Payroll Specialist to ensure accurate and timely employment and payroll transactions. Provides bi-weekly payroll memo to Finance for all transactions and changes during each pay period. Maintains inventory of Human Resources supplies. Completes check request records for departmental expenses. Prepares new hire packages for New Hire Orientation and assists with coordination. Completes exit interviews as necessary. Generate monthly new hire, termination, anniversary and birthday reports. Assist recruiters in sourcing candidates for positions. Represent NADAP at career fairs. Assist Benefits Coordinator with anniversary recognition program. Performs other duties as assigned.
