MarketStar is looking for Inside Sales rock stars to represent our newest client in our Ogden headquarters. This is a world-class brand in the website creation industry, with apps and plugins across the web. As an Inside Sales Representative with Marketstar you will build influential relationships with business prospects leading to new customer acquisition and the perfect product fit for current customers. Your role will be to proactively discover their needs, advocate the product, overcome objections and move prospects through the sales funnel.

Ability to quickly articulate technical and business value propositions via phone, email and chat (previous chat experience preferred)
Ability to effectively navigate multiple web applications & web chat sessions simultaneously in a prompt, friendly and professional manner
Ability to learn quickly and maintain a current, comprehensive knowledge of client s products and services
What s required to be considered?
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
Minimum one year of B2B inside sales experience preferred; some direct sales preferred
Previous web chat experience preferred in a work-related environment
Understanding of cloud-based technology and tools
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional telephone presence
Prior experience responding to customer s requests for sales and service ensuring delivery of an exceptional customer experience by responding in a prompt, professional and friendly manner at all times
Prior experience nurturing leads and profiling customers to identify sales opportunities
Intermediate skills in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Salesforce.com
