Act as IT Technology Specialist with the functional direction of manufacturing for dedicated Kautex locations in AMERICAS (IT Kautex AMERICAS Hubs)

Work on operational topics and support industry 4.0 projects for dedicated IT Kautex AMERICAS Hubs but also on global initiatives

Working as a IT Kautex AMERICAS Hub contact point to do troubleshooting, enhancement and operation support in all IT technology are.

National and occasional international travel is part of the role

·Involve actively in all Kautex IT teams of cross functional project to assist solve problems inclusive of different technologies straddling multiple work groups.

·Conduct complex technical evaluation, design review and recommend proposed physical and logical designs in regards of industry 4.0

·Evaluate and recommend necessary changes in performance tuning, infrastructure design and monitoring.

·Analyze problems, evaluate technical issues, test, maintain, modify, integrate, monitor and ensure to automate software systems.

·Execute technology successfully by minimal downtime as well as disruption.

·Work closely together with our outsourced partners, and network carrier’s suppliers.

·Consult customers at Kautex sites to assure technology is suitably deployed and used to deliver applications along with technology solutions.

  • Help to protect the enterprise by ensuring the IT infrastructure conforms to all governance and security requirements.
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology

  • Internship experience in IT infrastructure area,server supporting or cloud supporting.

  • Knowledge in IT Infrastructure hardware andsoftware.e.g. server, clients, storage,backup, switch, router, firewall, operating systems is needed

  • Strong Shell script programming, Azure andWindows server knowledge

  • Excellent incident handling and problem-solvingskills.

  • Good communication, customer orienteered, goodteam player.

  • Desirable: Experience with ITSM tools

  • Desirable: Experience managing Azure cloud basedinfrastructure including automation of deployment, upgrades/patching, sizingand Paas

  • Desirable: Microsoft MCSA or equivalent.

  • Desirable: Experience of DevOps automationtools; Ansible, Terraform and Azure DevOps.

  • Desirable: Proficiency in Microsoft Powershelland/or Python.

  • Desirable: Strong understanding of Agile basedproject management methodology.
