Description:The Territory Sales Manager will be responsible for:Maintaining productive relationships with existing customers as well as, develop new customers.Analyze the territory; develop, execute and monitor sales programs.Achieve or exceed territory sales budget, as well as, contributing additional sales.Education and Experience:Ideal candidate will have an AA/AS degree with 5-10+ years experience;BA/BS degree with 2-5+ years experience;MA/MS degree with 0-2+ yearsexperience.Demonstrated performance history in HVAC sales and new market development, Technical knowledge or HVAC service and installation.HVAC Supply Sales experience is a plusIn depth knowledge of warehouse, purchasing, paper flow and operations procedures.Highly motivated self-starterStrong business/problem solving skills, high sense of urgency and strong communication/interpersonal skillsPrior work experience and/or internship experience in sales or marketing is a plusPC literacy required.
