Job Description

  • Enter and maintain employee data in the HRIS system
  • Process changes regarding new hires, LOA s, terminations and status/salary changes and communicate changes to relevant teams
  • Work with Payroll, Office Administrators, Benefits, HR Recruiting, and Legal Directors to ensure that information is entered in an accurate and timely manner
  • Conduct data integrity audits to confirm data accuracy in the HRIS system
  • Provide assistance with HRIS system upgrades testing
  • Respond to HRIS data inquiries and requests from appropriate parties
  • Participate in testing, troubleshooting and upgrades of HR systems
  • Create reports on a weekly/monthly and ad hoc basis
  • Work with HRIS Coordinator to create and maintain employee files
  • Assist with documenting HRIS system processes and training documents
  • Escalate issues/questions to HR Data Management Analyst
  • Qualifications

  • Bachelor degree with 0-1 year of relevant internship or professional experience
  • Basic Microsoft Office Suite required
  • Proactive and results-oriented with comprehensive analytical and problem-solving skills
