Global Banking and Financial Services firm is seeking an HR Assistant/Coordinator to join their team for a long term contract position located in NYC.
Directly support recruiters with recruiting initiatives, onboarding, and processing of new hire paperwork
Source resumes and screen candidates for the internship program
Assist with HRIS implementation
Send out offer letters and run all background/reference checks on new hires
Organize team seminars and events for orientations
Minimum 2-3 years of experience as an HR Assistant or HR Coordinator.
Must be highly tech savvy and able to learn new systems quickly.
Able to maintain a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
Excellent customer service skills.
