Diligent is looking for an undergraduate Legal student to work with our fantastic In-House Legal department during the summer of 2018. This is an exciting Internship opportunity to work for one of the largest B2B Software-as-a-Service companies headquartered in NYC. Our company is growing fast and it is an exciting time to get some experience in our global HQ!
The intern will work closely with the Legal and Paralegal team to provide filing and documentation support with respect to client and vendor contracts and corporate/commercial agreements. The team is a fast-paced commercial legal department with a strongly collaborative culture and with a strong sense of support to each other.
