MKTG is currently seeking an Associate to join our Client Services team supporting our alcohol business. The Associate supports the Manager, Senior Manager and/or Director in managing his/her business. He/she is responsible for all aspects of the program creative/execution for the client they are assigned. Ensure that quality work is provided to each client and that it is done in a timely, cost-effective manner. An Associate should be expected to run select aspects of a small piece of business.
Job Responsibilities: initiate the creative and production briefing process Assist with research and competitive analysis Provide research and analysis for client presentations Initiate and respond to day to day client requests Create status reports and timelines Prepare 1st draft quality presentation decks Onsite program execution including training, troubleshooting and reporting Collaborate with Creative and Production in the sourcing and inventory management of premiums, POS and event materials Demonstrate leadership/presence in meetings Supervise a Trainee
Financial Management: Understands budget process including tracking and invoicing Provides clear, accurate financial reporting
Creative Management: Contributes to the creative development process Actively contributes in brainstorming and idea generation sessions with cross-functional teams
Reporting and Analysis: Contributes in program review debriefings - analyzes and evaluates individual program Creates timely program reports and provides timely updates as relevant Works with research & planning and field activation to adapt programming outputs in accordance with consumer and in-market learning s Stays abreast of market and pop-culture trends and competitive activities. Shares insights and experiences with colleagues and clients
Team Development: Develops effective Client relationships/partnerships Ability to analyze/synthesize business data Strong presentation skills Understands Client and Agency business Works collaboratively with all members of integrated team Helps train/provide feedback to a trainee or coordinator

Qualifications/Skill Requirements: Must be detail oriented Strong computer skills, particularly with Excel and PowerPoint Excellent presentation skills Strong written and verbal communication skills A self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit Able to meet the clients unstated needs
Experience/Educational Requirements: At least 2-3 years of account management/client services experience Onsite event experience a must BA/BS in Marketing related field is preferred or internship Agency and experiential experience highly preferred
