Duties and Accountabilities1 Help shape and drive implementation of the People agenda supporting the functions business plans and global Firm vision of developing a high performance culture with highly engaged employees. Update and maintain HR databases, including Taleo and PeopleSoft. Develop and provide regular reports on HR activity. Maintain current agency fee agreements and manage those relationships Manage job offer and follow-up process using established Firm procedures Support people development planning to ensure all Business Services Staff are on boarded, resourced, trained, mobilized and developed in a way that benefits both the individual and the Firm. Schedule and conduct the local new hire orientation, and integration programs. Schedule and conduct the local offboarding and exit processes, reporting regularly on the data gathered from those interviews and making recommendations for employee retention. Assist with the summer internship program. Participate in the annual performance evaluation process for US Business Services. Develop and document streamlined procedures to continuously improve HR and employee relations processes. Demonstrate and practice a high level of knowledge around talent management and a solid understanding of technical HR. Use talent networks to continuously upskill self and team. Ensure diversity and inclusion is considered across all talent related processes and decisions. Build trust and work effectively with all stakeholders; improve effectiveness across HR functions and with shared service. Contribute to building and fostering a collaborative, collegial, high performing team committed to professional excellence. Manage and lead other projects as assigned by management.
Capabilities Sound HR technical literacy, including experience with Taleo, PeopleSoft, and onboarding and off boarding processes Self-motivated and achievement oriented Open minded and collaborative with a consultative approach Excellent written and oral communication Inclusive and culturally sensitive Calm and resilient Excellent business acumen and administrative skills Able to manage competing/conflicting priorities effectively to achieve a way forward
Education and Qualifications 3+ years of professional services, talent management and/or HR experience, and working across a regional, global or remote cross-border teams Experience with shared service capability Bachelor s degree required Legal or professional services experience preferred
