Reporting to the Global HR Operations Manager ,the primary focus of this position is the support and maintenance of the coreHR Information Systems. Areas of support include, but are not limited to, PeopleSoft HRMS v 9.1 andTaleo Recruiting and Onboarding, in addition to other systems supported byGlobal HR Operations (ADP, Cornerstone Talent and Performance, Towers WatsonCompensation Planning, etc.).

Job Responsibilities

Assist in day-to-day production support for Global HR Operations withinPeopleSoft HRMS and Taleo including, but not limited to, researching andresolving data and system related issues, unexpected results or process flaws, performscheduled activities, recommend solutions or alternate methods to meetrequirements.

Assist in the review, testing, and implementation of PeopleSoftHRMS / Taleo upgrades and patches.

Assist in the rollout/implementation of Taleo Recruiting andOnboarding modules Internationally.

Assist in defect resolution and testing new functionality releasedto end users.

Write, maintain and support a variety of ad-hoc reports, queriesand/or scheduled data audits in Taleo Oracle Business Intelligence andPeopleSoft HR.

Partner with HR and Business Partners/Managers to maintain dataintegrity in systems and resolve data inaccuracies in a timely manner.

Follow all processes and procedures to ensure compliance with HRstandards for transactions and data maintenance.

Assist with process/customer service improvements and prepare andmaintain process documentation for internal HR use.

Perform special projects, review and correct vendor interfaceerror logs, and other related duties as required.

Act as Tier I customer support for employee and HR inquirieswithin PeopleSoft HR and Taleo Support mailbox.



3 to 5 years of experience working with HR systems,preferably Taleo Enterprise Edition and PeopleSoft HRMS.

Experience with the Recruiting and Onboarding life cycle ispreferred.

Understanding of HR systems design, structure, functions andprocesses.

Thorough knowledge of MS Excel (Pivot tables/Vlookups),Word, and PowerPoint.

Effective organizational and interpersonal skills includingwritten and verbal.

Good analytical, problem solving, follow-up skills andstrong attention to detail.

Strong customer service skills.

Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Maintain the highest degree of integrity and confidentialityregarding employee data.

Must demonstrate a high degree of professionalism and abilityto handle confidential and sensitive information.

Exceptional time management skills as well as a demonstratedability to manage multiple tasks and projects.

Highly driven and motivated individual.
