The Head, External Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Programs, is accountable for all CFA Institute externally-facing initiatives, projects, events and programming related to improving diversity and inclusion in the investment management profession. The global financial industry is widely considered to be lacking in diversity not just gender, but many other aspects that reflect the richness of differences that make up society at large. It is especially true in investment management, where the issue is both one of career advancement and entry access to the profession itself.
