Job Description Summary:

The Head, External Diversity & Inclusion (D&I) Programs, is accountable for all CFA Institute externally-facing initiatives, projects, events and programming related to improving diversity and inclusion in the investment management profession. The program will be staffed with at 3 individuals, led under this individuals direct line management. This individual understands the urgency of the industry need for D&I, knows the dynamics of change occurring in the profession, and will define a vision and desired outcomes using the vast resources of CFA Institute and our local societies. The role involves setting strategy, establishing a business plan, evaluating and prioritizing existing programs and offerings, and identifying new ways to advance the D&I agenda.
