The diversity of our operations has recently created an opportunity for an Public Relations Intern located at our New York offices. The Creative Marketing Project Management Intern will support the project management team on projects and activities including:Distribution of weekly assignments, tasks/projects and status reports for creative team and project managers.Produce creative overview decks on a weekly basis.QA design assets and layouts to ensure all specifications are meet.Prepare creative assets for routing and release.Help to maintain a streamline workflow via various Project Management tools.Research and analyze the retail industry, marketing trends and best practices.Update calendars and schedule meetings as needed.Organization design assets and maintain processes as needed.Coordinate team meetings and support marketing team with planning.GOALS OF INTERNSHIP:To gain insight into marketing strategy and planning as well as how to manage the creative process at a global retail brandDevelop time management skills and effective communication skills.Skills & RequirementsSKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:Candidate must be a current student enrolled in the process of seeking a degreeInterest in marketing and strategic planningA strong desire to learn and professional driveExcellent verbal and written communications skillsFamiliarity with Microsoft Office, Google docs and Adobe Photoshop a plus
