JOB TITLE:

Selection & Assessment Strategist

JOB DUTIES

Selection & Assessment Strategist will assist with a variety of large-scale Industrial/Organizational psychology-related projects, including the development and execution of selection projects to support high volume entry-level positions, front-line leadership positions, and niche/professional positions.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Manage the tracking of assessment progress and invitations for high-volume job openings
  • Handle support requests from candidates regarding assessments and video interviews
  • Research new technology vendors and industry trends
  • Conduct job analyses, including conducting focus groups, administering job analysis surveys, and reporting
  • Assist with the development, validation, and implementation of interview guides, role play exercises, and competency models
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of interview guide libraries, including auditing interview guides for compliance, overall quality and utilization


  • MUST HAVE SKILLS:
  • Work experience, coursework, and/or internship in an area related to talent acquisition (e.g., assessment and selection, recruiting, staffing), talent management, learning & development, HR, and/or Industrial/Organizational Psychology
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint


  • DESIRED SKILLS:
  • Experience using statistical and/or project management software
  • Experience editing PDF documents using Adobe Acrobat
  • Accuracy and Attention to Detail

  • Critical Thinking Skills
  • Adaptability and Openness to Change
  • Communication Skills (Written and Verbal)

  • EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS:
  • Bachelor s degree required (ideally in Psychology, Business, or HR)
  • Master s degree or Ph.D. in Industrial-Organizational Psychology or HR preferred
