Overview Alliant is seeking an intern to join its marketing team during the 2019 fall semester, with the potential for continued employment. This position will be responsible for assisting the Marketing team with the design, development and production of print and digital marketing communication materials that comply with corporate standards. This is a great opportunity to learn from a respected, fast-growing company who is a leader in direct to consumer marketing. The ideal candidate will be a rising senior or in their senior year that is curious about modern data-driven marketing capabilities. Must be able to work 15-20 hours a week during the academic session. Weekly scheduling is flexible. This is a paid internship and college credit is available, if the school permits. Principle Responsibilities: Provide support for the design, development and production of print & digital marketing communication materials in line with Alliant s strategic directionAssist in creating/updating in-house templates, documents, email, social media postsCommunicate & report to design leadProvide additional design services as required Qualifications and Skills: Must be a Junior or Senior majoring in graphic design, or a related fieldMust have experience in Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and IllustratorMust have experience in typography, layout, branding and image manipulationsWeb design, working CSS and HTML knowledge a plusIllustration and animation skills a plusFamiliar with Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Office toolsStrong organizational and time management skillsMust be able to provide a portfolio or .pdf examples of completed relevant design workMust be flexible, detailed, team-oriented and committed to having a good time while doing a great job About Alliant Relevant consumer insight drives marketing success.
