Accept and respond to incoming monitoring signals, manage incoming phone calls and customer requests and assist in training new dispatchers.
Handle 100+ inbound/outbound calls on a daily basis.
Answer and follow-up incoming signals, alarm and trouble.
Initiate outbound calls to customers, police agencies and emergency contacts.
Provide customer service when needed. Coordinate with service technicians regarding service issues.
Process daily printouts of alarm activity.
Identify solutions to daily problems.
All other miscellaneous responsibilities and other duties as assigned.
