Customer Service Representative

Location: Tampa, FL 33619

Pay: $14.00/hr

Duration: 3 months (contract with potential to be hired on perm)

Anticipated Start Date: 4/29

Need to be available : 8am-8pm Monday-Saturday

**Schedule will be confirmed during training - Will try to get this out prior to start date**

Job Description:

A person in this role is going to be handling 50-80 inbound calls daily. These calls will be in regards to customer orders. They will be required to look up the order status, tracking information, look up customers by name, verify orders, and will escalate any calls in regards to billing. There may be additional communication with retail stores as well. A person in this role is required to document all information from calls so that if the customer calls back, another representative can pick up where they left off.
